Levant Highlands Malt Whisky
Levant Highlands is a Lebanese craft malt whisky forged in the heart of Mount Lebanon. Its an unmistakably rebellious spirit, pushing the boundaries of whisky craft and explores its fringes.
It’s made from dark malt designed for high quality porter, imbuing wonderful notes chocolate, toffee & roasted coffee, after its double distilled in out copper gooseneck still. It is then aged in virgin white oak, which complements the malt spirit with notes of vanilla, condensed milk, and comfitures.
Junipium – Lebanese Craft Gin
small batch, artisanal dry gin crafted by Riachi, a Lebanese family winery and distillery that has been passed down 8 generations.
The indigenous juniperus excels beery is one of 12 hand selected botanicals distilled to perfection. The result is a gin that is mysteriously complex and aromatic.
The nose is rich in floral and zesty aromas and the palate is abundant in fresh aromatic spices.
